I do not show any hepatic impairment in blood indices chemical or hematological yet Biopsy and ultrasound demonstrate liver changes. Therefore, since most drugs are eliminated by the hepatic filtering system, and impaired liver could invalidate blood levels reached during monitored drug administration or could create artificial clearance rates of the drug or its by products therefore I screen out of any such studies. I could be damaged if the drug were wrong for me, I could invalidate results if placed in the test group and to deliberately put me in a control or placebo group we defeat randomization. I just haven't heard of a defeatist group in a controlled randomized study." Someone please let me know if nocebo is still part of the drug testing regimen.
